우리나라의 크라잇넛 같은 밴드

듣고만 있으면 그냥 머리 돌아가고 신나는 노래.

 

 

하지만,

노래를 좀 더 들어가보면,

 

원곡은 "99 Red Balloons - Luftballons"입니다. (1983년 독일)

약간 펑키? 느낌? (음알못입니다 ㅎㅎ)

 

음악의 배경은 동독/서독의 냉전시대입니다.

꿈을 넣어 99개의 빨간 풍선을 하늘로 띄웠더니,

사람들이 풍선을 풍선으로 보지 않고,

외계 비행선인지, 공포의 풍선으로 봅니다.

여기저기서 전투태세를 갖추고

전쟁이 나는 듯한 분위기입니다.

 원곡은 신나지만 약간 어딘가에 어두운 면이 느껴집니다.

 

하지만,

GoldFinger 라는 그룹이 2002년 리메이크를 합니다.

펑키? 펑키? 한 스타일로,

냉전시대의 어두운 부분은 기타의 경쾌한 소리로 채웠습니다.

 

노래를 듣고 보고 있으면,

크라잉넛인 듯한 착각이 들 정도이다.

 

 

가사 내용을 보지 않더라도 나인티 나인이 너무 신나게 느껴지는 곡입니다.

원곡은 개인적으로 어두워서 링크를 안 겁니다 ㅎㅎ
